Outdoor shisha setups — especially at JBR with the sea breeze — create unique challenges for coal management. Wind accelerates coal burn, cools heads unevenly, and can make a shisha go harsh or cold between rotations. At a café, the staff checks your coals every 20–40 minutes. That's far too infrequent for a windy terrace session.
Our Coal Butler, included in the VIP package, is a dedicated team member whose entire focus during your session is your coals. They rotate every 8–10 minutes, shield against wind gusts, clean ash between rotations, and adjust heat based on the tobacco type and outdoor conditions.
